株式会社キャンバスを吸収合併
Winter & Lifestyle、Marine & Sports事業部を設立
平林彰が代表取締役社長に就任

Canvas Co., Ltd. was absorbed through merger.
The "Winter & Lifestyle" and "Marine & Sport" divisions were established. Akira Hirabayashi was appointed Representative Director and President, with Kazuo Ebisuda assuming the role of Chairman of the Board.

Maneuverline became part of the group under Morito Co., Ltd., a Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed company with a strong global track record in apparel materials and manufacturing across Japan and Asia.
Kazuo Ebisuda was appointed Representative Director and President.

アパレルおよびアウトドア商品の
輸入・販売を行う株式会社キャンバスを設立
A Golf Division was established, and Canvas Co., Ltd. was founded to handle the import and sale of apparel and outdoor products.

湘南エリアのサーフィン市場への強化のため、
神奈川県寒川町に事務所／倉庫を新設（現拠点）
A new office and warehouse was established in Samukawa, Kanagawa Prefecture to strengthen presence in the Shonan area surf market.
